Founder & Clinical Director

Dallen Bell is the Founder and Clinical Director of Riverstone Counseling Group and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He works with children, teens, adults, and families, providing counseling that is warm, practical, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection.

Dallen believes meaningful therapy starts with trust. His approach is down-to-earth and conversational, creating a space where clients can be themselves without feeling judged, analyzed, or talked down to. He combines a strong therapeutic relationship with practical strategies to help clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Dallen especially enjoys working with children and adolescents and has a natural ability to connect with young people through authenticity, humor, and direct communication. Rather than approaching therapy as a lecture, he works alongside young people to understand what they are experiencing and help them develop skills that make sense in their actual lives.

He also works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. His work is individualized to each client rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

In addition to his clinical work, Dallen provides leadership and clinical direction for Riverstone Counseling Group. He founded Riverstone with the goal of creating a counseling practice where clients receive compassionate, individualized care and clinicians have the support they need to do meaningful work.

Outside of the office, Dallen enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, working in his yard, and listening to music.
